pls read before commissioning
| GENERAL TERMS |

| - Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.) |
| - My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials (do not claim artwork as yours), or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. |
| - AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. |
| - I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw. |
| - Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will either abandon or proceed and deliver the artwork as is. |
| - You receive unlimited revisions during the sketch stage only. Additional major revisions during rendering cost $5/₱50 each, paid before I continue. However, errors on my part are free of charge. |
| - Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage. |
| PAYMENT |

| - Payments only through PayPal or GCash. |
| - Client must pay 50% of the price after sketch approval and after I have finished rendering. |
| - Do not send me any payment until I have agreed to give you a slot. |
| - A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $10/₱50 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio. |
| - If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25/₱250) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60/₱350) |
| -STRICTLY NO REFUNDS |
| INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS |

| - I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself. |
| - I may use the artwork to: |
| - Promote myself and my services. |
| - Post on social media and in my portfolio. |
| - Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only). |
| - Exceptions: If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes. |
| COMMISSIONER RIGHTS |

| - Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased). |
| - Print the art for yourself. |
| - Post it on Social Media with credit to me. |
| - You may NOT: |
| - Use the artwork commercially without permission. |
| - Commission art/services using my Design/Work. |
| - Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. |
| - Remove signatures/watermarks. |
| - Resell or redistribute the artwork. |
| - Modify the artwork without my consent. |
| - Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects. |
| PROCESS AND DELIVERY |

| - I will notify you when I have started on your commission. |
| -Commissions usually take a week to finish depending on complexity however it does not exceed 1 month |
| - Progress updates will be sent in which minor adjustments are allowed. |
| - You will see the work-in-progress and these include a watermark. |
| - If anything comes up that will slow down the commission progress I will notify you. |
| - Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. |
